Congratulations today Nov. 1, to my sister Lola and her husband Danny they celebrated their 30th anniversary! Also, Congratulations to my brother Roy and his wife Robin they too celebrated their 25th anniversary today!

Though we are never ready for our loved ones to be called home, we were truly blessed to have Aunt Margie in our lives. Our love and prayers go out to Linda, Charles and their families.
Happy Birthday Robin! She celebrated her birthday on Nov. 20th. Also, Happy Birthday to Clint he celebrated his birthday on Nov. 23rd.
Happy Anniversary Michael and Gina. They celebrated their 15th anniversary on Nov. 24th.
Yesterday, the 27th we had our third and final Thanksgiving meal for the year (I'm not complaining but our scales are). I always enjoy the smell from the turkey cooking and then the family sitting down to enjoy the meal. It's hard to believe Christmas is just around the corner. I'll end with saying we hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with their families.

Today we enjoyed the day with family and I think we all had plenty to eat (I don't want to think about food for a month). Happy Thanksgiving Jarrett, we missed you (he is in Iraq). Anyway, it was a wonderful day filled with lots of good food and visiting with family.
We wish all our family and friends a wonderful Thanksgiving. This being Thanksgiving I would like to take the time to say, Thank you God for my family and all the blessings you continue to give us. I would like to encourage anyone that might read this, if you find yourself with some extra time this Thanksgiving drop by a nursing home and visit. You can't imagine what joy a few minutes of your time means to them. If you know of a neighbor that's alone or a family in need take time to reach out to them, you might be surprised what a few minutes of your time can mean to someone else. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and remember to take the time to thank God for the blessings he has given you.
